Grief and Bereavement

The process of grief and bereavement is a very personal journey, encompassing a range of feelings including, deep sadness and at times anger.  Adapting to a significant loss, whether it’s death or dissolution of a relationship, varies dramatically from person to person and everyone grieves in their own way and in their own time.  When the loss of a loved one becomes so overwhelming and difficult to manage and moving on seems undoable, counseling can be an effective way to learn how to manage your feelings and work through your pain.
